S22 Design
A former Samsung employee shared design details of the S22 and S22+ with letsgodigital, who then created these beautiful renders to give us a good idea of what to expect from the regular S22 models. As you can see, the front, as well as the back of the two models, is indeed flat. Basically, it's a refined version of the S21's design with a slightly more refined camera housing that maintains the same overall look as before.But look at those thin bezels, though. Mass production of the components for the S22 variants has now begun. This is around 15 days earlier than the S21, which is interesting because the latest reports indicate that Samsung has postponed the S22's launch to the second week of February. Now, this likely doesn't mean the February launch rumours were wrong, but it's possible that Samsung is being cautious and wants to produce more units in time for the launch considering the current situation with the chip shortages.
Galaxy S21 FE
Moving on, the Galaxy S21 FE will launch in January and we finally have a real look at the handset, albeit it's not in its assembled form. Keep in mind that this is not a render but an actual photograph of the phone's parts. Interestingly, most of the components are available to purchase, so technically, you could build your own S21 FE and use it well before Samsung officially unveils it in January.
